These pumps consist of pump pedestal, oil tank, motor support, footwall, and pump core, etc, configuring check valve and gas ballast valve to protect the pumps and vacuum system. They are well-known for their high efficiency, low noise, easy operation , and convenient maintenance, and are widely applied to refrigeration, chemical industry, medical treatment, coating, drying, laboratory, heat treatment, electronics, semiconductor and many other industries.

•Perfect built-in check valve, can successfully prevent pump oil and oil-mist from

counterflowing into vacuum system whilst stopping pumps ;
