Working Principle
The pump operates with two symmetrical chambers, each equipped with a resilient diaphragm connected by a central coupling stem. When compressed air flows through the inlet valve, it drives the diaphragm to move, expelling gases from the opposite chamber. Upon reaching its destination, the gas distribution system seamlessly directs compressed air into the alternate chamber, reversing the diaphragm's direction. This continuous and synchronized movement of the diaphragms ensures a smooth, reciprocal action.

As compressed air enters the valve, it propels the diaphragm to move rightward, creating suction within the chamber that draws in the medium. The medium pushes the ball into place, sealing the ball valve due to suction. Discharged by extrusion, the medium simultaneously opens the exit ball valve while closing the entrance ball valve, preventing backflow, and ensuring a continuous flow from inlet to outlet.
