Overview

Operation Instructions
1. First put the whole pump tube into the barrel to be transported, and keep it as vertical as possible.
2. Fix the pump tube, tighten the pump outlet and the corrosion-resistant hose on the outlet, and make sure the outlet is linked to the specified safe feeding position.
3. The intake valve is closed, and then the gas source pipe is connected to the intake joint, and the intake valve is opened according to the required slurry flow rate to adjust the operating frequency of the pneumatic pump, and then the work can be started.
Maintenance
1. The pneumatic slurry pump prevents the impact on the cylinder part from being deformed during use, and the piston is stuck, resulting in scrapping.
2. After the piston is operated for one million times, the cylinder should be cleaned according to the water accumulation during the air supply of the air compressor, and the 30# lubricant should be applied.
3. According to the quality of the air source, it is recommended to install a pneumatic triplex with automatic oil filling before the intake.
4. If it is not used for a long time, the solvent should be cleaned under working conditions before storage to prevent the slurry from freezing, so as not to block the guide tube.
Precautions
1. In the work, if the cylinder part is hot, immediately add or replace the 30# lubricant
2. If the seal wear is adjusted during use, leakage occurs, the adjustment nut should be adjusted in time, or the PTFE adjustment gasket should be replaced.
