Features:

CQF type engineering plastic magnetic pump replaces the dynamic seal with the static seal, which makes the over-current parts of
the pump completely sealed and solves the problem of running, bleeding and dripping that can not be prevented by the mechanical
seal of other pumps, magnetic pump selection of corrosion-resistant, steel ceramic magnetic, reinforced polypropylene as
manufacturing data, so it has an outstanding anti-corrosion function, and can make the real transport medium from pollution.

 

Working principle:
CQF type engineering plastic magnetic drive centrifugal pump (abbreviated as engineering plastic magnetic pump) , generally
consists of motor, magnetic coupling and engineering plastic centrifugal pump. Its primary feature is the use of magnetic
couplings to transfer power, completely no leakage, when the motor motor unit magnetic couplings external magnetic steel rotation, magnetic line through the gap and barrier sleeve, acting on the internal magnetic steel, make pump rotor and motor synchronous rotation, no mechanical touch to transfer torque. At the power input end of the pump shaft, because the liquid is sealed in the stop of the barrier sleeve, there is no dynamic seal so no leakage. CQ Series magnetic pump type and basic parameters are in accordance with JB/TQ786-89"Small magnetic drive centrifugal pump type and basic parameters"specification and "Small magnetic drive centrifugal pump three specifications supplementary provisions".

Equipment and application:
Magnetic pump should be horizontal device, should not be erected, plastic pump can not accept pipe weight, on the occasion of special vertical device, motor must face up.
When the level of the suction fluid is higher than the pump axis line, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the level of the suction fluid is lower than the pump axis line, the pipe needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
Pump should be inspected before operation, motor blades to be sensitive to rolling, no stuck and abnormal sound, the fasteners to be fixed.
Four, check the direction of motor rotation is consistent with the magnetic pump steering symbol.
After the motor starts, slowly turn over the discharge valve and adjust the discharge valve to the required opening degree after the pump enters the normal working condition.
6, pump stop before the operation, should first close the discharge valve, and then close the suction pipe valve.
