XD Series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

 

XD type vacuum pump is single stage structure, features high speed, low noise, quick pumping and high efficiency. Pump is air cooled and provides with anti-backing structure to prevent oil from backing to the pumped system. Exhaust filter is fitted inside the pump to effectively eliminate oil mist. It is widely used in food vacuum packaging, pharmaceuticals, paper
fdding in printing machinery, glass delivery, vacuum clamp, drying and so on.

 

XD series vacuum pump has the following characteristics:
1. Direct transmission, compact structure, light weight;
2. Air cooling, no water, easy to operate, low maintenance costs;
3. Multi-vane and the bottom is equipped with rubber pads, smooth, little vibration;
4. Pump oil separator can effectively remove small oil mist exhaust;
5. Pump design with automatic oil circulation system, often without refueling;
6. Pump has the automatic suction valve, when the pump stops working, pump suction valve and pumping system to be isolated automatically to prevent the oil back into the system;
