Working Principle
Within the pump's two symmetrical chambers, each fitted with a diaphragm linked by a central couplet stem, the magic occurs. Compressed air enters the pump inlet valve, filling one chamber to propel the diaphragm, while expelling gases from the opposite chamber. When the diaphragm completes its stroke, the gas distribution system redirects air into the alternate chamber. This orchestrates a continuous, synchronized, and reciprocating movement of both diaphragms, ensuring optimal pump performance.

As compressed air enters the valve, the diaphragm moves rightward, creating suction that draws the medium into the chamber. This action pushes the ball into the chamber, triggering the ball valve to close due to the suction force. The medium is then discharged through extrusion, prompting the opposite ball valve to open while simultaneously preventing backflow. This ensures a seamless, continuous inhalation and discharge of medium, from entrance to exit.
