SZQ Series High Capacity Axial Flow Pump For Irrigation/flood
Overview
This kind of pump is with axial flow impeller, permanent magnet synchronous submersible motor, features
such as large flow, light weight, high efficiency density, small size, high efficiency, easy to use. power from 5.Skw
to 55kw, apply to flood prevention, pond drainage,pumping irrigation.
Compare to huge flow pump with less than lOm head , this series have much higher head, suitable for those
flood prevention Ordrainagewhich request higher water head.
Double use pump have two sets of pump head including impeller, pump body and other flow deflector, the
first set is with low head, the second set is with high head, users can exchange the two sets simply in order to get
lower Or higher head very quickly from buying one pump.
Most axial flow pump set the motor at the bottom of body and water inlet at the middle of body , this make
the suction water level high. This pump is with water inlet at the bottom,make the suction water level less than
lOOmm from ground.
lf requires very long horizontal transport distance, we have to install a boost pump in hose in order to
increase the water pressure. our boost pump adopt quick-plug both for outlet and inlet , this makes connecting
easily .Boost pump is used to ensure enough water pressure if requires ve ry long distance flood drainage.
generally eve ry 100 meters distance requires one boost pump with the same flow and 7 meters head.
Flood prevention unit includes flood prevention pump with permanent magnet motor, electrical
cabinet, float body, outlet connectorhose etc. We install all of them into one box as one complete unit which can
be moved easily during flood prevention O r flood drainage .
Portable hydraulic axial flow pump with large-flow can be driven by hydraulic power system on vehicle, it is
widely used in flood prevention, drought relief, flood drainage, city pipe network maintenance etc.
Stainless steel water-proof structure, protection level IP44 and IP54 are optional , the vehicle style with flat
bottom is designed specially for vehicle-mounted,features compact structure,easy to be mounted on vehicle
for transportation and use. the regular style has fou r casters for easy movement , all cabinet are equipped with
power supply socket and plug, easy connection, easy use.
