EDJ Fire Fighting Pump Package with Diesel Pump+Electric Pump
Overview
EDJ series fire pump set is mainly installed in a fire truck, fire extinguishing system or other fire control facilities, used for conveying liquids such as water or foam solution agent special pump.
Fire pump set consists of one main pump coupled to electric motor, one stand by pump coupled to diesel engine, jockey pump, pressure vessel, controller for manual or automatic operation of system and standard accessories mounted on base frame.
1.Electric pump,can use single stage pump, horizontal split case pump, end suction pump, multistage pump, material can be cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze impeller
2.Diesel engine pump, with capacity and head equal to electric pump, with fuel tank, water tank, fan, control box
3.Jockey pump, horizontal or vertical, capacity will be small, but head should be higher than electric and diesel engine pump
4.Control panel: Auto control of electric pump, diesel engine pump and jockey pump with overload, over current protection
5.Accessories: check valve, gate valve, pressure vessel, generally 0.6mpa, 1.0mpa, 1.6 mpa, Pressure gauge, Pressure sensor, common pipe for suction and discharge, Flexible joints and flanges, common base plant.

Main Features
1. Automatic starting: When receives fire/pipe pressure/power failure/or other start signal, it can automatic start and devote to full load operation in 15 seconds.
2. Automatically charges: Battery charging automatically from electric power or charging motor in diesel engine so as to ensure its smooth start-up,
3. Automatic alarm: When diesel engine under low oil pressure, high temperature water and other problems, it would automatic alarm, and alarm and stop when over-speed.
4. Automatic preheating: Make the diesel engine in the spare state, ensure emergency work.
5. Direct coupled type: Below 360kw diesel pump unit adopt diesel engine and pump connected through elastic coupling directly technology, reduces the malfunction points, and shortens start-up time greatly, increase the reliability and emergency performance.
