Overview

NYP series asphaltum pump can suck up viscous products like shampoo, conditioner, hair creams, food, chemical, medicine, paintings and so on. 

The asphaltum pump can be made of different materials, iron or stainless steel or customized. can transfer variable viscosity medium. besides water.

High-viscosity pump application:
High-viscosity pump is applicable to petroleum, chemical, coating, grease, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, food and other industries.
Applications include transport of organic acid, fatty acid, alkaline substances, caustic soda, soda water, polymers, soaps,shampoo, animal fat, rape oil, chocolate and other special fluids.

Strengths of high-viscosity pump:
1. High-viscosity pump is mainly composed of inner and outer rotors, axis, pump body, pump cover, tray, seal and bearing, etc.
2. Sable transport of liquids without pulsation, with little vibration and low noise.
3. The rotation speed and flow of high-viscosity pump show linear function relationship, and pump flow can be changed by regulating the rotation speed properly. High-viscosity pump is particularly applicable to transport of high-viscosity mediums. Shaft ends of high-viscosity pump have mechanical seals.
4. Prevent leakage to a certain limit.
5. Suitable for outdoor installation. The totally enclosed magnetic coupling cavity can protect the magnet from contacting with damp or external substance.
6. Many types of standard sliding bearing materials for choice: Cast iron, copper, graphite, tungsten carbide.
7. The standard magnet material is Nd-Fe-B alloy. The allowed operating temperature of the optional samarium cobalt magnet is 250ºC.
8. Capable of bidirectional transmission.
9. Front cover and external heating jacket of magnetic coupling housing are standard options.
10. Real back pull design.
11. Standard flange connection. Pump head alone is available.
12. Inner and outer jacket protection.
13. Patented cooling system design: Integrated cooling and circulating system in the pump, no external cooling needed.
14. Dynamic axial balance system minimizes axial load, reduces power consumption and lengthens service life.
